Six years in Saudi Arabia across public realm design and high-specification residential landscape. Since 2021 I have worked inside Saudi Aramco's Dhahran community, and since 2023 I have led the Executive Estates landscape unit as its sole senior landscape architect — holding design approval authority, directing a field organisation of 23 across six residential districts, and controlling schedules, budgets and BOQs against fixed, non-movable dates for a client group with no acceptable margin for error.

- Sole senior landscape architect for the Executive Estates unit — own design approval, inspection programmes and workforce direction across six residential districts serving Saudi Aramco's executive leadership.
- Direct a field organisation of 23 inspectors and headmen, sustaining full compliance with Aramco aesthetic, technical and HSE standards.
- Lead landscape design and site readiness for high-profile corporate Board Meetings and executive events — delivered to fixed, non-movable dates with zero-defect tolerance.
- Control schedules, budgets and BOQs; negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to protect cost without compromising specification.
- Run water-efficient irrigation, Xeriscape planting, organic fertilisation and Integrated Pest Management across the portfolio.
- Led the unit's digital transformation of inspection and reporting — replaced manual paper processes with structured digital reporting.
- Act as landscape interface for a protocol-level client group under confidentiality requirements; mentor junior landscape engineers.
Landscape Architect
- Delivered landscape design and execution for the official residences of Saudi Aramco's executive leadership across multiple residential districts.
- Produced planting plans, irrigation layouts and hardscape details from concept through to construction on site.
- Phased execution on occupied properties around residents and hosting schedules without disruption to the client.
- Built and ran seasonal planting and irrigation programmes calibrated to Eastern Province humidity and salinity conditions.
- Introduced water-efficient irrigation and Xeriscape planting to reduce consumption while holding the presentation standard.
- Conducted horticultural condition assessment and issued corrective maintenance plans, protecting asset value and preventing escalation to executive stakeholders.
- Promoted to Lead Landscape Architect in 2023 after taking on design approval and inspection responsibility for the unit.
Landscape Architect
One of five landscape designers in the practice's design team, delivering a 35+ -project municipal parks programme commissioned by Riyadh Municipality
- Contributed design and documentation across all 35+ projects — concept and planting design, hardscape detailing, irrigation layout, technical specification and BOQ.
- Programme comprised neighbourhood-scale district parks delivered against a common municipal specification, alongside larger set pieces including King Faisal Park, Al Sahafah Park, Dhahrat Laban Parks 1 & 2 and three urban squares — Masqat, Astronaut and Al Takhassusi.
- Produced planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts and technical specifications compliant with Riyadh municipal and Saudi environmental design standards.
- Coordinated with architectural, civil and MEP disciplines to align landscape packages with wider site infrastructure and avoid clashes at construction stage.
- Applied arid-climate and native planting strategy to reduce long-term irrigation demand and municipal maintenance burden.
